Booking & Confirmation

• A booking is confirmed only after we receive a completed booking form (online or offline) and an advance payment as specified in your package quote.
• The balance payment must be cleared before the start of the tour, unless otherwise agreed.

Payment Terms

• Payments can be made via bank transfer, UPI, or other accepted digital methods.
• All bookings are subject to realization of payment.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

• If you cancel 30 days or more before the start date, we refund 80% of the advance.
• If you cancel 15-29 days before the start date, we refund 50%.
• If you cancel less than 15 days before the start date, no refund of the advance is possible.
• Certain services like flight tickets or permits are non-refundable, as per third-party policies.

Changes or Rescheduling

We try our best to accommodate date changes, subject to availability. Price differences or rescheduling charges may apply.

Travel Documents & Permits

For trips to states requiring special permits (like Arunachal Pradesh, Nagaland, certain parts of Sikkim), we assist in documentation. It is the guest’s responsibility to provide correct personal details and documents on time.

Travel Insurance

We do not provide travel insurance. It is strongly recommended that all travelers obtain insurance covering trip cancellation, medical expenses, personal accident, and luggage.

Responsibilities & Liabilities

While we take utmost care to ensure a safe & smooth journey, Spectra Travel Agency acts only as an agent for hotels, transport, and other services. We are not responsible for any injury, loss, delay, or damage due to natural calamities, accidents, political disturbances, or other events beyond our control.

Health & Safety

It is the traveler’s responsibility to ensure they are medically fit for travel. Please inform us of any specific health conditions in advance.

Pricing

Prices are quoted in INR and based on current rates of hotels, transport, fuel, and taxes. They may change if there are significant revisions in these components.
